Welcome to AI Dream Explanation! Our app uses advanced AI technology to analyze your dreams and provide personalized interpretations based on a comprehensive dream symbol dictionary available in 9 languages.

How does the app work?

Simply describe your dream in your own language, select how the dream made you feel, and our AI will analyze it using a database of thousands of dream symbols combined with psychological insights. The interpretation typically appears within seconds. Each interpretation costs one credit, and you receive 3 free credits when you first install the app.

Which languages are supported?

AI Dream Explanation supports 9 languages: Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian. You can write your dreams in any of these languages and receive interpretations in the same language. The app automatically detects your language or you can manually select it in Settings.

How do I create my first dream interpretation?

Tap the "+" button or "New Dream" option, describe your dream in as much detail as you remember, select the emotion that best matches how the dream made you feel, and tap "Interpret Dream". The more details you provide, the more accurate and personalized your interpretation will be.

How do I get more dream interpretations?

You can purchase additional credits or subscribe to a monthly/annual plan through the app's store section. We offer one-time credit packs (10, 30, or 100 credits) as well as subscription plans that provide recurring monthly credits. Annual subscriptions offer significant savings with a 25% discount compared to monthly plans.

Why didn't I receive my interpretation?

Interpretations usually appear within seconds. If you don't see yours, check your internet connection and try refreshing the app by pulling down on the dream list. Your credits won't be deducted if the interpretation fails. If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app, or contact our support team with your Device ID.

What's the difference between credit packs and subscriptions?

Credit packs are one-time purchases that give you a specific number of interpretations that never expire. Subscriptions provide recurring credits each month (Basic: 5/month, Plus: 15/month, Premium: 50/month) at a lower per-interpretation cost. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period, so subscriptions are best for regular users while credit packs are ideal for occasional use.

Do my credits expire?

One-time purchased credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely. However, credits from monthly or annual subscriptions are valid only for the current billing period and will reset when your subscription renews. This encourages regular dream journaling and interpretation.

Can I delete my dreams?

Yes, you can delete individual dreams by swiping left on a dream entry in your dream list, or you can delete your entire dream history from the app settings. Deleting dreams is permanent and cannot be undone, but it does not refund any credits used for those interpretations.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings in the app and select your preferred language from the Language option. The entire app interface will switch to your chosen language, and future dream interpretations will be provided in that language. Your existing dreams and interpretations will remain in their original language.

Can I edit my profile information?

Yes, you can update your profile in the Settings section. Adding details like your age, gender, occupation, and life situation helps our AI provide more personalized and contextually relevant dream interpretations. Your profile information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.

Is my dream data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your dreams are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal dream content with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from the app settings. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Tips for Better Dream Interpretations

How can I get more accurate interpretations?

For the best results, describe your dream in detail including: specific objects, people, locations, colors, emotions, and actions. Mention any recurring themes or symbols. Select the emotion that best matches your feeling during or after the dream. Complete your profile with accurate personal information, as this helps the AI provide contextually relevant interpretations tailored to your life circumstances.

Should I record my dream immediately after waking?

Yes! Dream memories fade quickly after waking. Keep your phone nearby and record your dream as soon as possible, even if it's just bullet points. You can always expand the details later. The app saves drafts automatically, so you won't lose your work if you need to close the app.

What if I can only remember fragments of my dream?

That's perfectly fine! Even dream fragments can provide meaningful insights. Describe whatever you remember, no matter how small or disconnected. The AI will work with the symbols and emotions you provide. Over time, regularly recording dreams may improve your dream recall.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

The app crashes or freezes

First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, check that you're running the latest version from the App Store. Restart your device if needed. If crashes continue, please contact support with your Device ID and App Version (both found in Settings) along with a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.

My purchase didn't go through

First, check your email for an App Store receipt to confirm the purchase was processed. Then, close and reopen the app to trigger a receipt refresh. If your credits still haven't appeared after 5 minutes, contact support with your App Store receipt and Device ID. We'll investigate and manually credit your account if needed. You will never be charged twice for the same purchase.

I can't restore my previous purchases

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". This will sync your purchase history with Apple's servers. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If restoration fails, contact support with your original purchase receipt and Device ID, and we'll help recover your credits.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, not within the app. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find AI Dream Explanation, and select "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not provide a refund for the current period.
